Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is otherwise defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may ask you to provide photographs showing the damage or defect, including the book and packaging when applicable.

Once the issue has been verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Incorrect Book Received

If you receive a book different from the one you ordered, please contact us with your order information.

We will review the order and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Print-on-Demand Orders

Books purchased through KirkSaavedra.com are printed on demand specifically to fulfill customer orders.

Because each book is produced after an order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds for books that were correctly printed and delivered as ordered simply because a customer changes their mind.

Please review book titles, descriptions, quantities, and your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter the printing and fulfillment process after they are placed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the refund results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective book.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may not qualify for a refund or free replacement.
